Phase 1 of the body revolution system is a series of low-impact, results-focused exercises designed to build core strength, stability, and endurance.
Phase 2 introduces greater resistance, dynamic movements and more challenging exercises.

This weight loss program includes 15 DVDs – 12 of the DVDs are dedicated to strength training and 3 of the DVDs are dedicated to cardio exercises.
